When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email notification once your order was shipped! You should receive your items within 5 days of receiving the email.
Do you have tracking information?
Depends which shipping option you select! If your package qualifies for tracking, the information will be sent to you when the order ships!!
How Long does a Refund Take?
We credit the original card used to make the purchase as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, refunds generally appear on your billing statement in one to two billing periods.
What Are Live Oak Brand™’s Return Policies?
Live Oak Brand™ accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (www.liveoakbrand.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
What are Live Oak Brand’s Exchange Policies?
Live Oak Brand™ accepts exchanges as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user, and the exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then send you the replacement product as soon as possible.
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at 800-899-TEES(8337) or email@example.com and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
